The Idea: Picnic Together
We invite you to make plans—to come together for a shared picnic, a team outing, or simply to meet up with colleagues, friends, and neighbors.
A picnic is an outdoor meal where everyone brings something to eat and drink, and everything is shared. It’s about a relaxed atmosphere, being outside, meeting others, exchanging ideas, and enjoying time together.
What makes a picnic:
Simple, easy-to-transport food
A blanket or a nicely set table
Being together with others
Time for conversations, games, or relaxation
Why we picnic:
It’s easy and communal
It combines food, nature, and fresh air
It’s open to everyone and easy to join
How it works
We will provide 50 beer hall table sets, arrange restrooms, and—ideally together with you—organize a supporting program with music, children’s activities, and small happenings.
You bring your own picnic and decorate your table.
You can coordinate with others and share a table—as an initiative, team, or group of neighbors.
The Picnic with You and Your Ideas
If you’d like to contribute further—for example with music, children’s activities, small events, or games—please feel free to get in touch! We welcome all ideas and would love to shape the picnic together with you.
We’re looking forward to a relaxed and lively day with all of you—overlooking the Weser, with great food and plenty of opportunities to connect.
